1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of asedcenteruk.online and our telephone advice service, operated by Ased Center UK. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our service

Ased Center UK provides free, general information and guidance to help you compare UK mobile phone plans. We are not a mobile network operator, we do not sell mobile contracts directly, and we are not affiliated with or authorised by any network. Any contract you enter into is between you and the provider, on that provider's terms and conditions.

3. Information accuracy

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but plans, prices, coverage and offers change frequently and are set by providers. Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not a recommendation to buy any specific product. Always check the full terms with the provider before agreeing to a contract.

4. Charges

Our guidance is free. Calls to 0330 520 4195 are charged at your provider's standard rate for UK geographic (01/02) numbers and are usually included in inclusive minutes.

5. Commission

We may receive a commission from a retailer or provider if you take out a plan following a referral from us. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Ased Center UK unless stated otherwise. Brand names and trademarks of mobile networks and manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
